On the 19th floor, this property of 200 sq.m basking in natural light stands on Sunset Boulevard. Its principle of practical layout takes the guise of vast layout comprised of reception rooms and an open-plan kitchen on one side, bedrooms and bathrooms on the other.
The creation of a fresco made of fragments of “pâte de verre” representing New York, after the work of American artist Tom Christopher, was entrusted to the Bisazza firm. It took a palette of 48 colours to obtain this striking result. The low lines of Antonio Citterio’s Ray sofas (B&B Italia) and Gastone Rinaldi’s T904 bench (Poltrona Frau) distinguish the living-room while prolonging perspectives of the city.
